(Senior) Treaty Technician
The role:
* Process treaty accounts, premiums, and claims accurately and on time.
* Produce, review, and manage documentation throughout the placement cycle.
* Maintain reconciliations, technical accounts, and audit-ready files.
* Generate client and market accounting documents and handle premium processing systems.
* Monitor premium payments, pursue outstanding balances, and support credit control.
* Provide clear communication and resolve internal/external queries.
* Produce management information and maintain reporting spreadsheets.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company procedures.
* Uphold professional standards and take responsibility for ongoing learning.
Experience required:
* Market experience with a broker, underwriter or bureau
* Technical insurance to Cert CII, or equivalent experience
* Client servicing
* Experience in a Technical role specificallt TREATY - not line specific
