Summary: We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Office Administrator to join our team at The Oxford Health Company (TOHC). This is a varied role that combines reception, sales support, and marketing responsibilities. You might welcome visitors, assist the sales team with customer accounts, or contribute marketing ideas to promote the Oxford Vitality brand. What will you do?
Reception
* Answer, screen, and transfer calls professionally.
* Greet visitors and ensure the reception area is welcoming.
* Manage post, couriers, and office communications.
* Support office supplies and administrative duties (filing, scheduling, record-keeping).
* Assist the sales team with account management, client inquiries, and order processing.
* Help prepare proposals and reports for clients.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Marketing
* Support marketing activities to enhance the Oxford Vitality brand, including social media, email campaigns, and communications.
* Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* Highly organized, capable of multitasking effectively.
* Confident, warm, and personable communicator.
* Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
* Experience in administration, reception, or customer-facing roles preferred.
* Interest or background in sales, marketing, or branding.
* Interest in health and wellness is a plus.
