About the role
Lycetts Insurance Brokers, part of Benefact Group, seeks a Claims Handler/Senior Claims Handler to join our Claims Team at our Head Office in Newcastle or regional hubs in Edinburgh, Charlbury, Northampton, or Catterick.
We need a Claims Handler with strong insurance technical knowledge and a compassionate client care approach. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support clients during challenging times, ensuring a fair and seamless claims experience.

Key responsibilities
* Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and professionalism
* Utilize your insurance knowledge to ensure fair outcomes
* Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and third parties
* Manage claims from start to finish with care and attention to detail
* Make a positive difference in people's lives daily
Knowledge, skills and experience
* Solid technical insurance claims handling knowledge
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Experience in a similar role (preferred)
