This varied role offers hands-on involvement in all aspects of property management, from tenant relations to property inspections, while providing a clear pathway for progression. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing email and telephone enquiries from tenants and landlords Carrying out property viewings when required and sending applications Conducting Property Condition Checks (PCCs), booking appointments, inspecting properties, identifying maintenance issues, and taking photographs Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance issues promptly Sending and monitoring work orders for safety checks and routine maintenance Assisting with administrative duties and general communication within the office Supporting the lettings and property management teams as needed What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Full UK driving licence and own vehicle Confident in managing a busy diary and appointments Responsible, reliable, and professional in appearance Excellent communication and people skills Basic computer skills (training provided on internal systems) Enthusiastic about property and eager to learn What's In It For You?
