Office Administrator
We are working with a well-established organisation who have been trading for over 35 years and they specialise end-to-end service covers everything from one-off bespoke tools to life saving medical machinery. We are now looking for an experiencedOffice Administratorto join this fast moving company in Chorley.
Key skills required of theOffice Administrator:
* Must have a proven background in office administration role at least 4 years
* Experience of answering the phone and greeting visitors will be required
* Some experience of Purchasing is needed for this position
* Good understanding of software will be beneficial
* The role will involve business support for the engineering team
The successful Office Administrator will be rewarded with a market rate salary, training where required if offered and as you get the know the business the duties and responsibilities will increase accordingly.
Hours of work - Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4pm and Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm
