This role offers the chance to lead a team of four Sales Executives and play a pivotal part in driving the dealership’s sales performance.
The ideal individual will have a proven track record in automotive sales management, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and be motivated to deliver results in a competitive environment.

Duties:
7. Managing a team of four Sales Executives to meet and exceed sales targets
8. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
9. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
10. Ensuring excellent customer service standards are upheld
11. Managing the sales process from enquiry to delivery
12. Monitoring and analysing team performance and providing coaching as needed
13. Ensuring compliance with all manufacturer and industry regulations
Requirements:
14. Previous experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within the motor trade
15. Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and developing teams
16. Strong leadership and communication skills
17. Able to work five days a week, Monday to Saturday
18. Organised, motivated, and target-driven individual
19. Valid UK driving licence
