About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support students who require additional help to access learning. You will play a key role in helping students stay engaged in lessons, develop confidence, and make progress both academically and socially. You may support students one-to-one, in small groups, or within whole-class settings, depending on the needs of the school.
