Vehicle Technician (Mechanic)
Location: Warrington
Basic Salary: £30,000 – £42,000
Up to £60,000 OTE (uncapped earnings). Welcome bonus available for experienced technicians.

What you'll do day to day
* Complete high‑quality vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
* Carry out detailed inspections to identify wear, damage, or required repairs.
* Provide clear and professional technical advice when required.
* Deliver excellent customer service to build trust and encourage repeat business.
* Work closely with service advisors and workshop control to ensure efficient workflow.
* Support and guide fellow technicians, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Helpful skills and qualifications
You don't need to meet every requirement—enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to quality are key.
* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* Experienced Level 2 technicians with a dealership background encouraged to apply.
* Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and procedures.
* Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining high attention to detail.
* Team‑focused approach with strong communication skills.
* MOT licence advantageous but not essential.
* Full UK driving licence.
