Service Engineer (PLC Fault Finding) £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE £55,000 ) + £7k Car Allowance + Bonus + Healthcare + 12% Pension + Training + Progression Warrington, Cheshire
Are you a Service, Commissioning or Maintenance Engineer with PLC Fault-Finding or Controls knowledge, looking for an exciting opportunity to join an international business who are world renown in their industry?
Are you confident working away from home, up to 2 weeks at a time, for a company that will push your career to the next level through expert training on PLC programming and world class distributed control systems?
In this role you will performing modifications, routine service and quick fixes to distributed control systems used within many sectors, including Oil & Gas, Energy, Pharmaceuticals, Food and Water. This means you will sometimes be required to travel out to Oil Rigs or Platforms for 2 weeks at a time. When not out in the field, you will be preparing systems for installation in a Runcorn-based HQ. This role would suit a Service or Maintenance Engineer with experience of PLC fault-finding or controls technology, who is looking for continuous development, bi-yearly appraisals and willing spend up to 2 weeks away at a time.The Role:
* Performing routine maintenance and upgrades on Industrial Automation technology
* Away on average 2 nights a fortnight, with some travel to Oil Rigs in 2 week blocks
* All expenses covered, staying away bonus and a 7K car allowance
* 37.5 hours per week, flexible working
* Continuous development plans and full training provided
The Person:
* Service, Maintenance or Commissioning Engineer
* Controls / PLC Fault-Finding knowledge
* Happy with working away from home, up to 2 weeks at a time
* Full UK Drivers Licence
