The High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will ideally have experience delivering the Read, Write, Inc phonics scheme. This role is varied and will involve supporting children in the classroom, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis starting September 2025 for at least the academic year/2025. Requirements: The desired High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will: Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification to a Level 3 or above Have experience delivering the Read, Write, Inc Phonics scheme Have flexibility, reliability and adaptability Have recent experience supporting children aged 5-11 Have a good understanding of how children learn and develop Experience working in a similar role Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
