What you will do-
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Total Rewards professional to join our HR leadership team for the US and Canada region. As a key member of the regional HR leadership team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the agility to balance day-to-day operational excellence with long-term strategic planning. A core focus of this role will be designing and managing competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs tailored to a predominantly manufacturing workforce. Ensuring market competitiveness to attract, engage, and retain shop floor talent is essential.
How you will do it-
Develop and execute a regional Total Rewards strategy for compensation, benefits, and communications in partnership with the Director of Benefits US/CAN.
Roll out the US compensation playbook across all plants, training and supporting HR leaders in benchmarking and program ownership.
Provide compensation design expertise for strategic initiatives, including incentive redesigns that align with operational goals and are easy to understand.
Lead the implementation of a career framework in the US/CAN region to support pay equity and transparency.
Manage annual compensation programs, including salary planning and incentive design, in coordination with the Global Total Rewards Manager.
Analyze plant leadership and staff roles to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
Oversee design and administration of regional incentive plans, proactively addressing stakeholder concerns.
Represent the US/CAN region in global Total Rewards initiatives, ensuring local needs are reflected in global strategies.
Serve as the primary contact for recognition programs, aligning regional efforts with global processes and tools.
What we look for-
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of total rewards experience.
Experience in leading or supporting the development of a sub-functional strategy (e.g., total rewards, payroll, etc.) that supports a broader HR and/or business strategy.
Experience managing the change associated with a significant program, system, or framework implementation
Preferred
Ability to translate organizational challenges and needs into programs that enhance employee attraction and retention.
