Key Responsibilities: Supplier Strategy & Relationship Management: Develop and manage supplier relationships, aligning their strategy with Brenntag’s goals and deploying it across the sales organisation. Sales Enablement & Support: Provide documentation, training, and organisational support for customer visits and sales fairs. Sales Pipeline & Sampling Oversight: Track and review sales projects and sampling activities to ensure timely execution and follow-up. Contract & Price Negotiation: Negotiate supply agreements and pricing terms in line with corporate objectives and maintain pricing tools. Product Stewardship & Compliance: Own product setup in SAP, manage complaints, ensure compliance, and maintain documentation. Inventory & Strategic Purchasing: Ensure optimal stock levels and working capital through strategic purchasing and material allocation. Market Intelligence & Global Coordination: Conduct market research to support sourcing and marketing and facilitate global/regional product group management. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. Proven experience in product management, procurement, or supplier relations. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
