About The Job You're Considering

Digital Customer Experience is one of the fastest growing application practices within the Capgemini UK business and focuses on helping our clients achieve business value through digital transformation and the application of user‑centred design, major cloud technologies (Salesforce, Pega, Adobe) and mobile, Content Management Solutions and Digital Product development. We are an Agile, cloud‑first organization delivering digital solutions that scale using on‑shore and offshore capabilities.


Your Role

* Successfully deliver complex digital transformation opportunities, including multi‑cloud, multi‑tower engagements.
* Build and lead large multifaceted delivery teams formed from across the Capgemini business and external third parties.
* Manage the financial success of engagements, allocating budgets appropriately to ensure success for both clients and the business.
* Own the commercial success of engagements, including construction and submission of commercial agreements, statements of work and change requests, clearly capturing deliverables, dependencies and assumptions.
* Report to practice leadership while working closely with Market Units and Account Management teams to shape, secure and deliver existing and new client assignments.
* Demonstrate a growth mindset and think beyond immediate demands, leveraging Capgemini’s offers and capabilities to identify synergies with client challenges and opportunities to grow value.
* Actively demonstrate Capgemini’s focus on delivering value within client organisations, building personal and corporate credibility and confidence.
* Identify, build and own relationships with at least C‑Suite‑2 stakeholders across client businesses.
* Contribute to the continuing evolution and application of our delivery methodologies.


Your Skills and Experience

* 3‑5 years of project, programme or portfolio management experience.
* Ownership of financial budgets in the range of £1‑£3m.
* Leadership of diverse, cross‑capability teams of 50‑100 people across multiple geographies.
* Demonstrated ownership of complex commercial agreements across multiple commercial types (fixed fee, T&M, outcome‑based, etc.).
* Proven experience implementing and delivering Agile and DevOps processes for complex multi‑faced engagements.
* Growth‑driven mindset and dynamism to expand impact and value within client accounts.
* Capability to apply functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce or similar cloud applications.
* Coaching, mentoring and direct review management experience.
* Willingness to travel 2‑3 days a week to client locations across the UK.
* Desired – SAFe certification, Certified Professional in Agile Project Management (CPAPM), Salesforce Admin certification, APM Practitioner.

Your Security Clearance

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo BPSS checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside the UK within the last five years, further checks may be required.
