Your new company PQ Accountant role with one of the leading independent suppliers to the construction industry in the UK & Ireland. Permanent role based in Co. Down. Our client is in an exciting period of growth and this role will play a significant part in the future of the business. Your new role Assistance with preparation of monthly management accounts and related reports Administration of general ledger including reconciliation of ledger accounts Administration and reconciliation of bank accounts Administration and reconciliation of supplier and customer rebates Assistance with maintenance of fixed asset register Assistance with preparation of VAT returns and related reporting Support the Company's annual financial budget process The reconciliation and analysis of other major balance sheet accounts Assistance with other financial duties as required What you'll need to succeed This would ideally suit a part Qualified Accountant with previous experience in a similar post. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels and a proven record of ability to work to tight deadlines in a team-based environment.
