About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a passionate team and drive excellence across our Restaurant Services provision. You’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality curriculum that empowers learners and prepares them for successful careers in the hospitality industry.
As Curriculum Manager, you will:
1. Lead and motivate staff to achieve outstanding outcomes across all areas of the Programme of Study.
2. Strengthen industry partnerships to enhance the student experience and raise the profile of the school.
3. Ensure the curriculum aligns with the strategic aims of further education and supports the College’s broader goals.
4. Champion continuous improvement through robust self-assessment and stakeholder engagement.

9. Has a background in catering and hospitality (desirable but not essential).
