Job Purpose
Carry out maintenance and repair of buildings & making good after heating system installations to clients properties, conduct themselves professionally and responsibly at all times on behalf of CCS Limited. Also carries out all works in line with codes of practice, company procedures and stipulations.
Duties
1. Maintains job time frame and standards of the company by working efficiently and safely with a high quality finish.
2. To deliver a high quality service to the client and their customers, having respect for all individuals and meeting the challenges presented.
3. Carries out all works strictly in line with company procedures and all standards within the industry: - code of practice and best practice.
4. Repairs and minor works as and when required after installations or remedial works.
5. Assisting installers with installations and making good.
6. Carry out bathroom refurbishment including carpentry, tilling, painting, minor plumbing works.
7. To carry out ordering of materials and management of own jobs to ensure fast resolution for the clients.
8. To clear each job from the hand held device and back office system as they are completed.
9. To liaise with residents and CCS clients as and when required about the works being undertaken.
