The ideal candidate will have a solid background in family law, particularly public law care proceedings, and be proficient in case management systems, court processes, and legal aid portals. Office attendance is required, with flexibility to work from one of four modern offices, all in excellent locations with great transport links.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting fee earners in childcare cases and managing a paperless caseload.
Liaising with chambers, solicitors, and clients.
Handling administrative tasks and assisting with legal aid files.
Candidates must have relevant family law experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in cloud-based case management systems. Ambition to develop and progress is essential, with clear paths for career advancement.
