Head of Marketing

This business is on a mission to build a world‑class outdoor performance brand — and looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the charge.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership Marketing role at the heart of the business. You’ll own the marketing vision, shape the brand narrative, and drive growth across every channel — from big creative moments to performance-led execution.
What you’ll do
1. Lead and scale the entire marketing function: Performance, Social & Affiliates, Creative, and Agencies
2. Build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy across brand, community, e‑commerce, and campaigns
3. Own budgets, KPIs, calendars, and launch moments
4. Shape creative output — ensuring it’s bold, consistent, and commercially effective
5. Grow social presence and creator ecosystem across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & beyond
6. Collaborate closely with Product, E‑commerce, and Operations on launches and seasonal drops
7. Develop and mentor a small, ambitious team
Who we’re looking for
8. 6–10+ years marketing experience (outdoor, sportswear, lifestyle or performance brands preferred)
9. Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
10. Strong across brand + performance marketing (full funnel)
11. Confident owning paid media, campaigns, and creative strategy
12. Data‑savvy, commercially sharp, and creatively driven
13. Thrives in fast‑moving, founder‑led environments
14. Genuinely passionate about outdoor performance, innovation, and culture
