We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for an established North Wales based manufacturing company. The successful candidate will ideally take ownership of the full sales cycle, whilst demonstrating a strong commercial outlook and the ambition, resilience and drive to identify new market opportunities.

* A proven background in sales and business development
* Sales and revenue driven with the determination to achieve results
* Proven experience in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships with the skills to influence decision-making at senior level
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple sales activities
* Excellent customer care, account management and negotiation skills
* Organised and proactive
* Ambitious and self‑motivated
* Full UK driving licence
Key Responsibilities
* Developing new accounts, managing leads and driving sales whilst creating an exceptional customer relationship
* Support business growth with a hands‑on approach to sales activity
* Own revenue and growth targets, consistently driving new business performance
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
* Presenting forecasts and performance updates to senior management
* Ensuring the CRM is updated with accurate information
Schedule
Monday to Friday, on‑the‑road/hybrid working with one day per week to be office‑based.
