Position Title: Deputy Manager (Dual-Site)
Location: Bognor Regis
Salary: £14.50 – £15.00 per hour | 40 hours per week
Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to support the leadership of two neighbouring care services. This dual-site role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real difference by ensuring continuity, quality, and compassionate care across both settings.
Responsibilities
* Support the day‑to‑day management of two adjacent care services
* Lead and inspire care teams to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
* Assist with staff supervision, training, and performance management
* Support care planning, reviews, and quality assurance processes
* Help manage rotas, staffing levels, and operational needs
* Act as a role model, promoting dignity, respect, and compassion
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
* Contribute to audits, inspections, and continuous improvement
* Provide cross‑cover across both services to maintain leadership presence
About You
* Experience in a senior care role (Senior Carer / Team Leader / Deputy level)
* Strong knowledge of care standards and regulatory requirements
* Confident supporting teams and managing day‑to‑day operations
* Organised, proactive, and committed to high standards
* Compassionate approach with strong communication skills
* Flexible to work 5 days over 7, including early, mid, and late shifts, with weekends on a rota basis
