The Role

What you'll need:
* Solid experience in data engineering, management and analysis
* Strong experience with Azure Data Warehouse solutions and AWS Databricks platforms
* Exceptional Python/PySpark + additional languages for data processing
* Strong SQL with experience across both relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Cassandra)
* Hands-on knowledge of AWS S3 and associated big data services
* Extensive experience with big data technologies including Hadoop and Spark for large-scale dataset processing
* Deep understanding of data security frameworks, encryption protocols, access management and regulatory compliance
* Proven track record building automated, scalable ETL frameworks and data pipeline architectures
* Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities with talent for converting business needs into technical solutions
* Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
* Team leadership experience with ability to mentor and develop engineering talent
Nice to haves:
* Knowledge of data streaming platforms such as Kafka or Flink
* Exposure to graph databases or vector database technologies
* Professional certifications in Azure or AWS cloud platforms
