We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant for a friendly and supportive primary school based in Andover. The school is offering a rewarding role where you’ll play a vital part in helping young learners thrive. Working alongside the class teacher to best meet the needs of the children, your role will involve small group work, 1-1 support, school trips and playground and lunchtime duties. The educator will be passionate about supporting children and helping them to develop independence. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar education support role is essential Experience with SEN children is beneficial Calm, resilient and flexible in their approach to working within a team to support pupils in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. Passionate about supporting children's learning and development Confident working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils Able to build strong, nurturing relationships with pupils and staff A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
