Job Title: Social Worker – Adults Team
Location: Bournemouth
Rate: £30.60 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available in Bournemouth. They are looking for a new member for their Adults Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will work with adults who have long-term conditions, ensuring they receive the necessary support and care. You will also be involved in Court of Protection work, safeguarding vulnerable adults, and addressing issues of self-neglect. Your expertise will be crucial in providing comprehensive care and support to improve the quality of life for these individuals.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, you need to have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. You must also hold a full UK driving licence and have post-qualified experience. Additionally, you should possess a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
