We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established and highly respected housing contractor in the Leeds area. This is a long-term, freelance opportunity working on a busy and ongoing kitchens and bathrooms programme within the social housing sector.
Youll be joining a supportive team environment with consistent workflow, offering stability and continuity on a long-term basis.
We are keen to speak with Assistant Site Managers, Site Supervisors, or individuals in similar roles with relevant experience.
The key responsibilities as the Assistant Site Manager are:
* Supporting the Site Manager in the delivery of planned refurbishment works, specifically kitchens and bathrooms
* Assisting in managing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects run safely, on time, and to quality standards
* Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and materials on site
* Monitoring health & safety compliance and ensuring site regulations are adhered to
* Liaising with tenants, client representatives, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships
* Supporting progress reporting and resolving on-site issues as they arise
