Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Northern Ireland Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building and maintaining strong business relationships, developing business plans, analysing client needs, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Responsibilities also include driving strategies that contribute to revenue growth and identifying opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and business performance.
Qualifications
* Account Management and Key Accounts expertise to manage and enhance client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
* Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to develop strategic plans and evaluate data to drive decision-making and meet targets.
* Strong Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and foster positive client relationships.
* Proven experience in client retention, negotiation, and sales techniques.
* Proactive problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* Prior experience in the retail or distribution sector is a plus.
