Position Summary
This role involves handling claims and supporting the team leader in daily operations, including managing productivity, conducting audits, coaching, and mentoring staff.
Functional Knowledge
* Extensive knowledge of the insurance market, basic insurance principles, and their application.
* Understanding of standard policy terms and market variations.
* Knowledge of Client SLA compliance, productivity, and quality requirements.
* Familiarity with FSA procedures and TCF initiatives.
Background, Experience & Qualifications
* Insurance experience required.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Team Leader in managing client relationships, ensuring team understanding of requirements, and meeting SLAs and KPIs.
* Create and use MI to monitor and improve team performance.
