We are seeking an experienced Reward Consultant to support the design, implementation, and governance of competitive and equitable reward frameworks. The Role
As a Reward Consultant, you will:
* Advise on reward strategy, including pay structures, incentive schemes, and benefits
* Lead or support job evaluation, pay benchmarking, and market analysis
* Provide guidance on annual reward processes (pay review, bonus, promotions)
* Support compliance with reward-related legislation and governance requirements
* Partner with HR and senior stakeholders to align reward with business objectives
* Produce clear, data-driven insights and recommendations for leadership
* Contribute to reward projects such as harmonisation, transformation, or M&A activity
About You
You will bring:
1. Proven experience in reward, compensation, or total rewards (in-house or consultancy)
2. Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex data sets
3. Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and market benchmarking
