Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Aviemore, United Kingdom. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and managing daily administrative tasks.
1. Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization
2. Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
3. Schedule appointments and maintain an up-to-date calendar for the office
4. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing payments and invoices
5. Manage office supplies and order replacements as needed
6. Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
8. Maintain a clean and organized reception area
9. Provide general information and assistance to clients, vendors, and employees
10. Support other team members with additional tasks as required
Qualifications
11. Previous front of house reception experience; experience in a similar industry is a plus
12. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
13. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
14. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
16. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
17. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
18. Basic math skills for handling payments and invoices
19. Positive attitude and empathetic nature
20. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
21. Familiarity with hospitality or customer service industry practices is beneficial
