Are you a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Support Worker looking for a rewarding role? Randstad is seeking dedicated individuals to provide essential care and support to adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions. Key Requirements
* Experience: A minimum of 6 months of professional experience in a similar role in the UK is essential.
* Driving: A full UK driving license is preferred due to the rural nature of some locations.
* Work Eligibility: You must be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK. No Sponsorship provided
* DBS & Training: You must have an enhanced DBS on the update service and all mandatory training certifications up to date.
* Flexibility: We're looking for individuals who can be flexible and adapt to the varying needs of the people we support.
What We Offer
* Weekdays: £13.68 per hour
* Weekend/Nights: £15.77 per hour
* Sleep-in: £64.98 per night
* Consistent Work: A full-time position offering stable hours.
