We are recruiting a full time Care Coordinator to support the delivery of high quality, person centred care across two established and growing home care services in South Wales.
This is a key role within the office team, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient scheduling while supporting carers and maintaining exceptional service standards for clients and their families.
The Role
Create and manage weekly staff rotas across two territories
Ensure all care visits are covered safely and efficiently
Respond to last minute changes including sickness and emergency cover
Support recruitment, onboarding and introductions of new care professionals
Liaise with clients and families regarding care arrangements
Participate in the on call rota
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Work closely with the Registered Manager to support branch growth and quality What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Scheduler or Senior within domiciliary care
Strong understanding of rota management and workforce planning
Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
Confident communicator, able to manage competing priorities calmly
IT confident with scheduling systems
Full UK driving licence What's on Offer
Salary between £26,000 and £28,000 depending on experience
