* Provide IT support across multiple dealership and service centre locations
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
* Manage Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
* Handle user setup, permissions, and device management
* Support system upgrades and tech rollouts
* Maintain accurate support documentation
* Liaise with external vendors when needed
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
* 1–3 years' experience in IT support (multi-site or retail preferred)
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams & Microsoft 365
* Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable Extras
* Experience in the motor trade or dealership systems (e.g., Kerridge/CDK)
* Exposure to Intune, Azure AD, Entra, or mobile device management
