Position: Hand Assembler
Contract Type: Temp to Perm following 3 months probation
Shift work: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm
Hourly Rate: £12.35 - £13.25
Working Pattern: Full Time
What You'll Do:
Hand assembly of small electrical or mechanical components 🔧
Operating basic production equipment with precision
Following detailed work instructions and quality standards 📋
Conducting visual checks to ensure products meet specifications
Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
Maintaining a tidy and safe workstation at all times 🧹What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production is desirable but not essential
Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination 👀
Ability to work to standard operating procedures
A reliable team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn new skills and processes
