Key responsibilities:
* Maintain, repair, and install manufacturing production equipment, supporting both electrical and some mechanical needs
* Quickly respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime
* Diagnose and repair faults on PLC and electronically controlled equipment
* Ensure all work complies with health and safety, HACCP, and hygiene requirements
* Follow a detailed, methodical approach to fault finding and repair
* Provide onsite support for continuous improvement projects
* Communicate any delays or issues clearly to relevant parties
About you:
* Understanding of PLC and electronic controlled equipment with experience diagnosing faults
* Qualification to the latest IEE wiring regulations desirable but not essential
* Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
* Good communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships
* Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Good time management skills to keep factory running smoothly
* Strong understanding of food hygiene standards
* Team player, willing to support others through busy periods
* Full driving licence
