As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.


The Opportunity

Do you have proven experience establishing yourself as a grwoth marketing expert?

Do you have experience with account-based campaigns that have led to growth success?

Have you executed demand generation strategies, driving brand growth and fostering customer engagement across various channels?

We Are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to work closely with our market leads, global marketing team and the Global Head of Growth and execute demand generation strategies, driving brand growth and fostering customer engagement across various channels. You will have previously developed, launched and managed innovative B2B campaigns, optimise performance, and generate measurable outcomes resulting in growth for a business.

The role will be reporting to the Global Head of Growth. We are open to candidates from all over the world but you would be happy to work European hours and be close to a We Are Social office.

Requirements

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

1. Leveraged ABM and martech tools like 6Sense and Salesforce for B2B campaigns to drive an increase in marketing efficiency and effectiveness
2. Adopted best practices in digital marketing trends, resulting in an improvement in campaign ROI
3. Successfully implemented an accounts-based marketing playbook resulting in an increase in new business acquisitions.
4. Improved targeting and positioning strategies that led to an increase in lead generation efficiency.
5. Established strong cross-functional relationships, leading to a unified market strategy that increased campaign success rates
6. Achieved alignment on market opportunities, messaging, and audience targets, resulting in a consistent and impactful brand presence.
7. Launched multi-channel demand generation campaigns that contributed to a significant growth in lead acquisition
8. Increased overall engagement rates through targeted email, social media, webinars, content syndication, and digital advertising efforts.

What Else Are We Looking For?

9. Developed and executed nurture campaigns that led to an increase in lead conversion rates
10. Enhanced customer journey progression, with an improvement in leads moving deeper into the sales funnel
11. Identified key customer behaviour patterns that led to an improvement in segmentation and targeting accuracy
12. Increased customer engagement through tailored marketing strategies based on behavioural insights
13. Been a B2B campaign marketing manager or ABM experience in an agency, start up or entrepreneurial environment
