The Role: Join our Transformation Team in Adults’ Health and Care, and lead on the delivery of the key, newly established Customer and Provider Interactions Programme, developed to provide transformational activities across people, process and digital, to improve ways of working and ultimately deliver service improvements for customers and providers. This complex and challenging programme is part of the wider transformation within the Directorate, touching on all aspects of the business, requiring close working with key stakeholders including the Head of Portfolio and Business Change and Service Leads across the directorate, whilst also working within an established team delivering the overall programme. With a proven track record in the delivery of complex, large scale projects, you’ll ideally have technical/digital, analytical and financial process/business management experience. In addition to being highly experienced, you’ll be enthusiastic and self-motivated and will use your fantastic communication and engagement skills to expertly manage stakeholders. You’ll use your strong leadership skills, ‘can do’ attitude and organisational skills to succeed in this varied and fast paced environment, enabling you to provide project management for the delivery of specific projects and workstreams within the programme. Experience of working on cross-Directorate or cross organisational boundaries is not essential but would be advantageous.
