An exceptional opportunity has arisen to support a high-calibre Chief People Officer at a dynamic, internationally-focused investment partnership with interests spanning a number of fields. Founded by a group of world-class entrepreneurs and CEOs, this privately owned firm is dedicated to building better business for long-term social good.





This is a newly created, pivotal role supporting the Chief People Officer, with an impressive background in top-tier financial institutions. This is a fast-paced, varied EA role, requiring outstanding organisational skills, emotional intelligence, and discretion.



The team is close-knit, professional, and international in scope. The office atmosphere is polished and focused, but not without personality – they work hard but enjoy regular social events and team-building activities.



Key Responsibilities:




\t
* Expert diary and schedule management across multiple time zones

\t
* Coordinating complex travel and logistics

\t
* Interview scheduling and HR coordination

\t
* Onboarding assistance for new joiners

\t
* Preparation of compensation reports and confidential documents

\t
* Creating high-quality presentations and board-level reports

\t
* Event coordination (offsites, internal events, etc.)

\t
* General administrative support (filing, printing, formatting)




Who You Are:

* An experienced Executive Assistant or former legal secretary, ideally with experience supporting senior executives in professional or corporate settings

\t
* Calm, confident, and quietly capable – someone who inspires trust

\t
* Discreet and highly professional, especially when handling sensitive information

\t
* A team player who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves

\t
* Flexible and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities

\t
* Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused

\t
* Someone who contributes positively to a hardworking but supportive team
