Solicitor / Motor, Belfast, Suit NQ - 2 years PQE. Overview We are seeking a Solicitor to join a specialist Motor team, handling motor injury, credit hire, and damage cases while developing your career with a leading international legal business. You will work within a National team advising insurers and corporate clients on a range of claims, from standard motor cases to complex catastrophic injury, clinical negligence, and professional negligence matters. The team also provides pre-emptive advice and support for dispute resolution. Key Responsibilities Run and assist with a varied caseload of pre-litigation and litigated motor injury, credit hire, and damage cases, including cases where liability is disputed. Attend Court / Counsel as required. Meet and maintain individual targets for financial performance, realisation rates, settlement rates, and average claim spend. Support marketing and business development activities, including attending events and client training sessions. Ensure quality control and benchmark compliance on your caseload, including accurate and timely reporting. Maintain awareness of procedures and strategies. Develop technical knowledge through training and relevant publications. Handle confidential information in line with data security protocols. Essential Skills and Experience Suit NQ 2 Yrs Qualified Solicitor with enthusiasm for, and ideally experience in, motor injury, credit hire, and damage cases. Commercial perspective on legal issues, with strong focus on client service. Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing. Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage workload effectively. Detail conscious, producing work to a high standard.
