📋 Job Overview

Salary: £43,950

Location: South East London

Driving Licence: Required

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (no weekends or bank holidays)


What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

* Assess and review individual care packages
* Provide practical training to care workers
* Conduct clinical supervisions and offer guidance
* Collaborate with healthcare workers in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers
* Engage with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, and both private and NHS hospitals

Additionally, you will participate in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis.

To excel in this fulfilling role, you should be:

* A qualified LD Nurse with experience in complex care
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and caring
