The Multi-Site Registered Manager will: Lead multiple services and manage short-term assignments. Handle crisis management and engage with multiple stakeholders. Oversee service improvement and new service commissioning. Ensure projects are on budget or have approved deviations. Act as the Registered Person to prevent regulatory action. Maintain person-centred documentation and mentor staff. Develop robust support plans and conduct service quality visits. Manage stakeholder and family relationships effectively.
