About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Lead Teacher to head our Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) - a dedicated space designed to support pupils with complex SEND needs, including communication and SEMH challenges. This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner with a passion for SEND and Inclusion, committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for every child.As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead a provision that combines tailored learning with inclusion in mainstream settings, ensuring pupils thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.
What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality, adaptive teaching for pupils with SEMH and complex SEND needs.
Lead and inspire a team towards outstanding practice.
Design and implement a tailored curriculum aligned with EHCPs and the National Curriculum.
Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external agencies.
Promote inclusive strategies and dynamic learning techniques to unlock every child's potential.
What We're Looking For
Proven ability to teach pupils with SEMH needs using engaging, creative approaches.
Strong leadership skills to manage staff and drive excellence.
Reflective, solution-focused mindset with initiative to overcome challenges.
Experience in Early Years or Primary settings, with transferable skills for SEND.
Ability to adapt learning for cognition and communication needs.
