CMC Consulting is proud to be partnering with a vibrant, multi-site hospitality group based in London. Our client is seeking a hands-on, experienced finance professional to join the team and assist with the smooth running of the management accounts process. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your expertise will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of accurate financial reporting.
Role and Responsibilities
* Prepare and assist with the production of monthly management accounts.
* Post journals, including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation.
* Support the annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes.
* Conduct variance analysis and provide clear, insightful commentary to aid decision-making.
* Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital monitoring.
* Reconcile key balance sheet accounts
* Manage supplier payment runs and reconcile supplier statements.
* Maintain purchase ledger records in compliance with internal controls.
* Contribute to internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation.
* Identify and support improvements to financial systems and processes.
Skills & Experience Required
* Part-qualified accountant ACCA, CIMA
* Previous experience within a multi-site organisation and relevant finance experience is a must
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* High attention to detail with strong accuracy in work.
