Job Title: Sales Administrator

Search are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing business in Kirkcaldy for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a part‑time basis. This role offers flexibility between 25 and 30 hours per week and will start on a temporary contract with the strong possibility of becoming permanent.
This position blends sales support, customer service, and administration, making it a great opportunity for someone with a background in sales administration who enjoys working with customers and supporting internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day‑to‑day sales administration support, processing orders on the system ensuring smooth delivery
* Build positive relationships with customers placing orders via email or phone
* Process orders accurately and liaise with the internal warehouse team
* Manage customer information and update internal systems
* Maintain strong Excel and IT skills to handle data and reporting
* Identify opportunities to highlight new products and upsell during customer interactions
* Contribute to monthly sales targets with the opportunity to earn a bonus
About You:
* Previous experience in a sales administration role
* Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
* Confident using Excel and various IT systems
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable handling a blend of administrative and customer‑focused tasks
* Able to build rapport and maintain strong working relationships
