About You:
* You will have experience of working closely with the major retailers
* A team player with strong communication skills.
* Degree qualified within a food discipline is preferred or equivalent
* Reasonable development experience within UK food manufacturing
What will you be doing?
* Concept work in the kitchen on various projects through to retail launch.
* Working with stakeholders to manage NPD & ERP products.
* Creating recipes, sourcing materials and arranging factory trials.
* You will be the key contact for the retailer & host them visiting the factory.
* Managing projects from start to finish in gold standard.
