Job Description:
This leading retailer is looking for a Senior Non-Food Buyer to manage a key category, driving NPD and creating a compelling product range. This is initially a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
* Working closely with the Merchandising, Design, and Quality teams to expand into new product categories and improve current ranges.
* Managing day-to-day range development, including sample development and selection.
* Completing sales analysis using market and customer insight data to inform buying decisions.
* Sourcing, developing, and growing the product range.
* Defining the pricing and promotional strategy for the category.
* Achieving commercial results aligned with category targets to maximize revenue and margin.
* Traveling within the UK and EU for trade shows, competitor shopping, and supplier visits.
* Liaising with the e-commerce team regarding content and photography.
