The work will be diverse, including commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing agreements, third-party supplier arrangements, and other operational contracts. Responsibilities
You will lead a team to handle all commercial contract requirements, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on contracts. Emphasizing technological solutions, you will support your team in taking ownership of contracts.
You will collaborate with team members and the client's legal function, maintaining high-quality service and strong client relationships.
