About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Team Leader to join our head office site in Barton-upon-Humber. The shift will be from Monday to Friday, 14:30 - 23:00.
Salary: £32,500 + Quarterly Bonus up to £250
Responsibilities:
* Supporting team members to ensure all duties are completed daily.
* Conducting team meetings to update members on best practices and expectations.
* Ensuring team members wear the issued uniform at all times on site.
* Undertaking facilities cleaning and warehouse duties as requested by management.
* Developing strategies to promote adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
* Addressing team member questions, assisting with problems, and overseeing work quality and compliance.
* Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the IMS Responsibilities document.
About You
Desired skills & knowledge:
* Ability to give clear directions to team members.
* Strong interpersonal skills to relate well with all team members.
* Organizational skills, flexibility, and punctuality.
* Previous experience in cleaning and waste management is preferred but not essential.
