📍 Location: Ramsgate, Kent
💰 Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per year (DOE)
Contract: Perm
🕒 Monday - Thursday - 12-hour shifts, moving to 4-on/4-off rotation eventually

🚀 What You'll Do
📦 Lead Bulk Packing, Flow Wrapping & Bagging stations
⚙️ Ensure equipment setup, operation & changeovers run smoothly
👀 Maintain product quality & presentation standards
📝 Complete accurate packing records
👥 Supervise, support & coach Packing Line Operatives
🔄 Assist with shift start-ups, changeovers & handovers
💡 Identify and implement efficiency and quality improvements 🦺 Health & Safety
✔ Promote safe working practices
✔ Ensure correct use of PPE
✔ Complete safety checks & report hazards
✔ Maintain a clean, organised workspace 💪 What We're Looking For
✅ Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-speed production
✅ Hands-on with automated packing lines
✅ Strong attention to detail & product quality
✅ Team-focused, supportive, and proactive
