We're looking for a passionate and practical Service Improvement Delivery Lead to help us transform how we work, putting lived experience and frontline insight at the heart of every change we make. What You'll Be Doing: In this key role, you'll lead people-led service redesign projects that are grounded in real customer and colleague experiences. You'll apply Lean thinking and improvement tools to uncover root causes, reduce waste, and co-create better ways of working. You'll facilitate co-design workshops and improvement sprints, translating insight into practical, measurable change. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you'll develop clear improvement plans, coach through uncertainty, and help embed a culture of continuous learning and shared ownership. You'll also align your work with strategic priorities like regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and customer engagement-ensuring improvements are joined-up, sustainable, and meaningful. What You'll Bring: Significant experience leading service improvement in social housing or public services. Strong knowledge of Lean methodology and its practical application in service settings. Skilled facilitation and stakeholder engagement, even in the face of resistance. High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and influence outcomes. Strong data literacy and the ability to turn insight into action. Experience delivering improvements that are both customer-focused and operationally sound. Familiarity with housing operations and regulatory frameworks (e.g. Consumer Standards). Project delivery experience using Agile, PRINCE2, or similar methodologies. Qualifications: Degree-level education or equivalent experience. Qualifications in Lean, continuous improvement, or change management (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, APMG). Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile). CIH or other housing sector qualification (desirable). Why Bromford?
