Purpose Statement: To ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by meticulously operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment. Through collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning, strive to maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and ultimately contribute to exceeding customer expectations and supporting Plexus's commitment to quality.

Key Job Accountabilities:

1. Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
2. Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
3. Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
4. Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
5. Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

6. A minimum of a One (1) year completed of an Associate's degree OR the completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics / Manufacturing / Engineering or Science.
7. One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
8. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
