Job Details Grade: 5a Hours: 35 Salary: £23,254.26 - £25,161.71 per annum Hourly Rate: £14.75 - £15.96 Contract Duration: Permanent Role Purpose The Pastoral Support Assistant (PSA) acts as a first point of contact in the school for the care and nurture of an allocated group of children and young people. The Pastoral Support Assistant will work closely with learners, parents/carers and staff to support all learners to engage with school and achieve their potential.
